We require a first and security deposit as a move-in cost. Pet owners are required to pay their pet fee both a pet can be allowed in the unit.
For our new construction buildings, we cover water/sewer, lawn care, and snow removal. Tenants pay for the electricity.
Yes, we do a background check for anyone looking to rent our new construction units.
